Today I ... : I'd like to share this with you, my photo journal. Each day I'll post an image capturing something I've seen worthy of record. Showing to the World wide web, perhaps even printing to hang on a wall or be used commercially (wishful thinking). Some days I'll draw on shots taken then edited and get creative, others will be straight out of the camera (sooc) If you like what you see please press the green thumb or leave a comment, maybe a suggestion how an image might be improved. Of apples & cyder : Cider is normally associated with the South West of England but Somerset man Guy Williams moved up to Lincolnshire and has turned his passion into a major business. “Lincolnshire’s an ideal county for cider production.”says Guy “There are plenty of fallen apples and - we discovered - at least four Victorian orchards around Saltfleetby that could have been used to produce cider for Lincolnshire labourers.”. I've kept in touch with Guy over the past year, watched the seasons provided a record-breaking fruit harvest and witnessed his dedication and back-breaking work as tons of apples arrived from September through till mid November. Organised with the most recent photos first. I hope in sharing these images the viewer will gain a little of my experiences from Waes-hael to Wassail (however you wish to spell it). Most of my portrait shots for 2012 can be viewed and purchased by visiting www.lincolnshirepride.co.uk.
